Appointment Cancellation

• 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge for the service will be processed as a no-show fee.

Rescheduling Appointments

• Flexibility: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

• Same-Day Rescheduling: Any rescheduling within the same day may not be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Group Bookings or Special Events

• For group bookings or special events, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

• Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least a week in advance. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
