Policies
At Marilyn James Health and Beauty, we strive to provide you with the best possible service. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and serve all our clients effectively, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Appointment Cancellation
24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge for the service will be processed as a no-show fee.
Rescheduling Appointments
Flexibility: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.
Same-Day Rescheduling: Any rescheduling within the same day may not be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Group Bookings or Special Events
For group bookings or special events, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.
Cancellations for group bookings must be made at least a week in advance. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
